Cancellation Policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

House Rules

Check in after: 4:00 PM Check out before: 11:00 AM
  • Children allowed: There is a wonderful pool for the whole family
  • No pets
  • No parties/events: Guests can reach out to confirm an event / party.
  • No smoking on premises
  • Max Guests: 8 NO additional Guests. A Charge of $100 / person / night will be charged at check out against your Damage Deposit .
  • A/C Units are monitored. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE can you lower the AC below 70 on AUTO. A $50 charge will be collected against your Damage Deposit.
  • Please respect neighbors regarding noise levels.

    As the novel coronavirus remains a reality, despite the relaxation of travel restrictions to the area, Villa Valencia has the following measures in place.
  • Minimum 1-day vacancy between guest stays
