This house was ....SPECTACULAR. It’s not often we are blown away by a VRBO... to the point we were a dreaming up ways of how we could purchase it from the owners..... but this time we were.
First the communication and thoughtfulness of the property manager was unsurpassed. The house itself is something out of a magazine. Perfect decor and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, nice linen and toiletries. Garage parking . The garden and pool area were remarkable ... so many seating areas ... gorgeous landscaping. Sonos sound system outside and in. Walked to old town in 5 minutes .
We were so impressed with the details and the little things the property owners do to make this place unforgettable. We could tell that it is well loved by the owners. When back in St Augustine we hope this home is available... we are now spoiled. Highly recommend ... worth the money!

Perfect property in the middle of town

Wow. This property was everything advertised and more. The layout of the house, the private pool area, cafe type courtyard, gourmet kitchen... so well equipped and comfortable. Really enjoyed use of the bikes to get around town early morning while the streets and sidewalks were quiet. It was a last minute trip for a group of friends. It was perfect. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Thank you, Howard!

From check in to check out, everything about this property was perfect. We were thrilled with the location, and we were able to walk easily to restaurants and shopping. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and better than imagined. We really enjoyed the pool, and garage parking. I 100% recommend to everyone!!!

Villa Valencia is a gorgeous, spacious and welcoming oasis in downtown St. Augustine. The property is exceptionally well appointed and the managers have spared no effort to accommodate their guests.
